Ordered an Proform HIIT machine at a very good price. Unfortunately there was an issue with the first machine I received and on the second day of using it, it stopped working - I think a belt slipped off. However, these things happen, and that's when you find out which the good companies are. They shipped out a replacement within a week and picked up the old one, and the second is still going strong a few months later. I would highly recommend them.

Richard Butt

Recently purchased a customer returned Nordic Track S22i exercise bike. First class service, bike delivered within a few days & Martin went way beyond the call of duty in sourcing & forwarding on the pair of dumbbells which, they don’t usually supply with the customer return bikes but, in error, a note detailing they were not included had been missed on the product description. Bike is in excellent condition, very pleased with it & would highly recommend Fitness Marketplace.

nathan moorby

Fitness marketplace is fantastic. Matt, Adam and Martin were all great giving excellent customer service and invaluable advice. The price of my exercise bike was very reasonable and much better than there competitors. Payment was easy and delivery first class.I would definitely use again and recommend.

Christian Doherty

Great price and great service! I visited the warehouse and Matt provided a friendly, efficient, knowledgeable service recommending machines suitable for my needs/budget. Delivery was all arranged and Phil did a great job of installing the machine and showing me the basics. Lovely company and very happy I chose them - will be back for my next gym equipment purchase for sure. Thanks 👍🏻

GREAT SERVICE. We bought a Proform rower via the Fitness Marketplace eBay shop, having bought from them previously. The rower arrived with a planned pallet delivery and the haulier worked around my schedule – which really helped. After 3 weeks of using the rower, we experienced a sudden failure of a vital part of the rower, rendering it unusable. I called Fitness Marketplace, to see if they could supply the broken part, and I offered to repair in my own time. Instead, they went far above my expectations and arranged for a replacement rower to be immediately shipped, and the old rower collected at the same time - again, the haulier worked around our timing and really helpful. I have to say that the process was very simple, and although it takes a few days for everything to me arranged, we didn’t need to make any effort and didn’t have to go out of our way. Often it is easy for companies to sell online at cheaper prices, but often neglect the after service – not Fitness Marketplace. Great service. I will keep watching for online bargains, as I add to my home gym.

Gerard Whitehurst

Top notch after sales service from Adam. Promptly answered all my queries. Couldn't ask for more.

Richard Hickman

Had a couple of issues but the guys went out of their way to sort everything out. Would recommend!

Brian Woodcock

I bought a Nordic treadmill, bike and weights for my home gym. I dealt with Adam whose communication and service have been second to none. Don’t go anywhere else just use this company for all your gym equipment, you won’t be disappointed.

Natasha Bartlett-Twivey

These guys are genuinely brilliant. Adam, Martin and Phil worked with me to find the perfect NordicTrack cross trainer. Hats off to them because customer service like this is rare. Totally rate them.

Lisa Heselwood

Superb service! I purchased a Nordic Track C7.5 Elliptical machine, which I am super pleased with. I dealt with Martin, who was so friendly and helpful. He kept me informed of the delivery time and set the machine up for me. Highly recommend 👌

Fitness Marketplace is an excellent company, and Adam’s customer service was just simply excellent. I bought a Nordictrack Commerical spin bike for them several years ago and recently had a software issue that i couldn't resolve. Adam was extremely helpful and gave me the help and advice i needed to rectify this issue i had at no additional cost. All i can say is that this is a first class company that i would highly recommend. Thanks again.

James Butler

I purchased a Nordictrack 1750 via the Fitness Marketplace website - but was almost instantly contacted by Adam who apologised and said the machine had actually been sold just moments beforehand . Of course having just paid myself I was a bit concerned as you never know online if everything's legit or some kind of scam ? , but Adam immediately reassured me and offered to fully refund, or get me the same model if I would like to wait . I trusted Adam and choose to wait, and true to his word he sourced me the exact same model for the exact same price I had paid in a very short time and then had it delivered to me . Over the moon with the purchase - its a top notch machine at the best price I've seen anywhere for one. The most valuable thing I think I can say about my experience is that Adam's customer service was above and beyond - its such a rare thing nowadays to deal with someone who is honest, communicative and efficient ...All I would say is I will certainly remain a future customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fitness Marketplace , you wont be disappointed ! .. Thank you ! absolutely 5 STAR :-)

Robert Kay

Came across this company when searching for a 2nd hand treadmill on Ebay. Looked it up and noticed it was nearby in West Bridgford. Arranged a visit and received a fantastic service from start to finish. The owner took time to talk me through various treadmills and gave me a demo - very helpful. Purchased the item there and then, delivered in 2 days - excellent product for under half price RRP. Thanks very much Adam. Rob Kay

Craig Hill

Absolutely amazing customer service. The guys can’t do enough to help. I would definitely purchase from them again. I wish them all success in the future, as they deserve it. Thank you Adam 😀

Joe Sutton

Ordered the Proform power 995i, and couldn't be happier with the product and service. The treadmill is of high quality and so far, after a couple of months of use, has had no issues. They were able to deliver on a day and time that suited me, and gave a discount for a small blemish on the treadmill that isn't even noticeable. Will definitely be using them again when looking for another addition to my home gym.

Pete Rogerson

Hi Everyone I was looking around for some new nordictrack equipment ( treadmill, studio cycle and some wilder dumbbells) did my research and spoke with various suppliers when I came upon FITNESS MARKETPLACE LTD. I spoke with Adam he advised me and gave me a detailed run through on what equipment to get, and advised me with my needs to go for a model down from what I was going for, which met my needs correctly. ( a refreshing change from some firms trying to up sale ) Nothing was to much trouble for Adam and his team. The experience felt like I was dealing with a mate. My kit was delivered when he said it would be there. I received my treadmill and studio bike they where outstanding, so made up, he even threw in some extras. I will not use any other supplier. Top bloke and company many thanks to Adam and his team.

Susannah Saunders

Super people. Very helpful and the best possible price on equipment. Delighted with my Nordictrack s15i.

Ian Lawden

Absolutely first class service from this very professional and expert organisation. Not only did my order arrive perfectly packaged and in quick time, the price was extremely competitive. The web site is easy to navigate and the staff are friendly and super responsive. 10 out of 10 ... I will definitely be using them again.

Alex

Cannot fault the whole experience! From start to finish, the people answered all questions promptly and sent further details. They even delivered it as I live locally. Really happy & we'll be coming back if we need more home gym equipment. Very pleased! :)

Nordic track elite 800. Extremely pleased with both product and service. From the moment I purchased our running machine (which was really well priced )they made every effort at a first class service. Phil the delivery driver and engineer set the treadmill up and wouldn’t leave until he had it smoothly running and set up properly. He even took our broken machine away which was a great help. As a very happy customer I couldn’t recommend enough!

David Tyrrell

Ordered a treadmill and the service and delivery was absolutely first class. The price was really great value too, About 6 months later the console failed, and they sent me a new one really quickly and again with great service and communication. Don’t often leave reviews but couldn’t recommend these guys any more.

Kate Hagerstrand

Outstanding customer service from Adam at Fitness Market Place. He was so understanding about a difficult delivery situation and went above and beyond to help us. The equipment looks brilliant. We are so pleased we followed the other positive reviews we read, Adam definitely lived up to his reputation.

Liam Kelly

I purchased a NordicTrack X32i from this company and experienced absolutely no issues whatsoever. An excellent price and so happy with my purchase. Matt and the team are a quality enterprise and take real pride in their products and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You can't go wrong with this team and post sale support is assured.

Emma Crumpton

Found the Fitness Marketplaces website in my search for a particular cross trainer. Encouraged by the reviews, the competitive pricing and the fact the equipment was already assembled I made my purchase and within only a few days it was delivered. I’m really happy with the product which is like new with just a couple of scuffs (the page makes it really clear this could be the case) and I’m up and running literally! Thanks Martin and Adam for a great customer experience!

Amber Proctor

Accidentally stumbled across this equipment store in Nottingham whilst searching for a treadmill. We spoke to Matt K who was very friendly and helpful. We ended up ordering the Pro Form 2000 refurbished treadmill from FMP after Matt helped us choose the best model for us. It’s served us very well for the last 4 months and hoping it will continue to in the future. It’s helpful to know that FMP could repair if anything were to go wrong. Delivery was good, was a 1 man service so I did help carry the treadmill across our gravel drive and into the garden room as it was a struggle to wheel it.

Andrew Ling

I bought a treadmill of these guys at Christmas and had a few problems with it not sure what was wrong but Adam and the team were fantastic! Sent all new relevant parts but unfortunately I think there was an internal problem! Knowing this Adam personally drove all the way to west wales to exchange the treadmill for a new one and it works perfectly! Thank you very much! Highly recommended company and for going that extra mile was spot on! Thank you! Would use them again any day of the week 👍👍👍👍

Well done folk. Really helpful, right from answering the phone to sorting my machine out with the minimum of fuss. Gave me options and not just focused on the most profitable fix. They repaired my machine super quick and without fuss with a smattering of good banter. Definitely use again. Can’t recommend high enough. i wish more businesses operated like this.

Kev Lar

I bought a treadmill from these guys a while ago and recently I had a problem with it, and even though i was out of my warranty they didn’t just push me to one side and charge me the earth. they genuinely wanted to helped me out as best they could and they did just that the very next day. customer service goes a long way so i would absolutely highly recommend these guys to anyone want gym equipment.

Philippa Styles

What a great team! This was my first order with Fitness Marketplace but it won’t be my last. I ordered a treadmill which was delivered really quickly, and the team communicated with me throughout. I reached out for help setting it up and Adam sorted it out for me straight away. I highly recommend.

Ket Kana

Bought a Nordic S15i exercise bike. The product was excellent as was Adam who dealt with the transaction and arranged shipping. Thoroughly professional, excellent in his communication and reliable in his word. Would higgly recommend Adam and Fitness Marketplace based on my experience.

peter rooney

Neil provided me with fantastic service to quickly troubleshoot and resolve my issues with my NordickTrack S22i bike. My bike was out of warranty and had no incline or resistance, i had an extremely poor service from another supplier which resulted in me not being able to use the bike for a number of months, as well as being financially out of pocket. Neil was able to quickly pinpoint the exact cause of the issue (new control board) and had this sent to my house the very next day, once this was fitted it resolved the issue. A very trustworthy and reliable company.

Kristina Rice

Not being local or knowing anyone who has used this company, after finding many positive reviews here on google reviews, we bought a 2nd hand Nordictrack commercial 2950 treadmill. Communication was excellent. We had calls before it was delivered and also en route. It was tested out together but there was a fault, so it was returned to the store, fixed and redelivered, again with great communication, tested out again with a walkthrough of how it works etc. We had a great experience with this company.

Stuart Payne

My wife purchased a cross trainer and the service was excellent. The team went over the top to help. When I collected the item I was amazed as to the breadth of the business. They should market it more ! Anyone wanting gym equipment should contact them. We are extremely pleased and the cross trainer is like ‘brand new’. I just want to say thank you.

Steve Julien

A truly brilliant company! VERY helpful and knowledgeable when buying bikes and Treads from them. 100% recommend!

Paul David

I’ve been looking around for a rowing machine & bike for a while, and is a minefield, I stumbled across these guys, they are very helpful, knowledgable and flexible, I have no issue recommending them.

Sarah Jeffcote

Very happy that I purchased from Fitness Marketplace. The unit is excellent. Small issue related to delivery/transport of the unit which was quickly resolved & is only worth mentioning because it highlighted what superb after-sales service Fitness Marketplace offer. Great product, good value for money, excellent customer service.

Patricia Buckley

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. Adam was brilliant, steering us in the right direction for a treadmill and explaining the delivery method fully. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Best customer Service, by far, that I have come across recently. The treadmill arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. Excellent price too. Small problem with a missing mat was sorted out by Adam in a flash at their expense. Would recommend to anyone looking for fitness equipment with no misgivings.

Julie Smith

Superb products and fabulous service. Really responsive and keen to ensure customer delight. Would not go anywhere else to buy fitness equipment for the home. Thank you Adam (and team) our Nordtrack commercial 14.9 elliptical cross trainer is brilliant

This is an update to my review shown below as I felt I should come back and sing the praises of the IFIT software purchased with the cross trainer. (again thanks to Adam) You might think your favourite netflix in front of you is sufficient but let me tell you the sheer variety of workouts and trainers means you will never get bored and you will work to the level that is good for you - no easy option but simply superb. You will use your equipment so much more if you can choose a trainer and 'route' from across the world to accompany you on your exercise dont even think about not buying it - I cannot believe what a difference it makes Responsive and supportive in our purchase of a nordtrack commercial 14.9 elliptical cross trainer. Any niggles quickly resolved with a real determination to offer a brilliant service. Couldn’t be happier thank you Adam

Matt Burgess

I purchased x22i treadmill, amazing machine and great service from Adam and team. Highly recommend them

Ian Conway

Fantastic service from Adam and the team. I Purchased a Nordic Track S22i and changed my mind at the point of delivery 🤦🏻‍♂️😬 for an S27i (I blame the wife) Returned and replaced the next day. Not to mention, over 50% reduction on the RRP for an essentially brand new bike.

Norfolk warehouse - thank you! Absolutely superb service and value for money. Cannot believe the offers and first class organisation throughout. I would advise speaking to the team and they will meet and exceed all expectations.

Jono Slater

I recently bought a Nordic Track RW 600 from fitness marketplace. Adam and his team are very helpful and friendly. They made sure I was happy with the rower and explained the features before parting with any cash. They loaded it in my car and ensured it was securely in place so it didn't get damaged during transit. I would highly recommend Fitness Marketplace. Many thanks.

dave

Recently purchased a DKN AM3-i exercise bike. Dealt with by Adam who was professional and extremely helpful. Exercise bike was as described and at a very good price. Would recommend this company. Thanks for your help.

Ben Lowe

Seriously impressive outfit. Despite the fact they are clearly doing well for themselves they're still a humble bunch of guys not too busy to explain a product and offer assistance loading it. Recommended!

Dan Gladwin

I highly recommend this company. Very responsive to my enquiries and the bike advertised online was in the excellent condition as described. I went to collect from their premises where I got to try it out and make sure all the functionality worked. They even carried it to the car and lifted it in for me! Top service, would buy from them again.

Richard Kaye

I was in contact with Adam at Fitness Marketplace regarding the purchase of a pool table for our new family home. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to point me in the right direction in terms of what would be the best fit for the space I had available. He was happy to take my call at an evening to discuss viewing the table and was even able to accommodate me and my family commuting down on a Sunday afternoon to pick it up. Our pool table is in immaculate condition and we are all over the moon and haven't stopped playing on it. Plus, Adam kindly and without prompt included a table tennis board and the relevant equipment. This could be laid on and connected to the pool table in order for us to also play table tennis, which was a lovely and unexpected bonus! I intend to convert a downstairs room into a gym and as soon as this is done, I will be straight back in touch with Adam to discuss purchasing gym equipment from him. Thank you so much Adam for all your help and advice and I would certainly encourage anyone interested in the multiple products available to buy from Fitness Marketplace. Thanks again. Richard K

Andy Scothern

My wife and I just set up a home gym and Adam at the Fitness marketplace and his team were absolutely amazing. They gave us great advice when we went to see him at his warehouse, gave us a great deal on the package we bought and then delivered it into a tricky upstairs location via a spiral staircase, so there's very little I could say that would articulate how great a shopping experience this was. Adam even offered to trade the equipment with us if we decide to change or upgrade at any point in the future - what a supplier!!! Thanks so much... I just need you to make sure I use the equipment now ;)

Hannah King

Fantastic helpful staff, was helped by Adam and Matt and their professionalism and knowledge was out standing. Thanks to them I walked away with 3 items and couldn’t be happier. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to add to a home gym.- Jimmy King. Buckinghamshire.

Honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough, nothing was too much trouble, really friendly. Would definitely purchase from again. Delivered when they said they would, lifted into the room I wanted it placing. Couldn’t be happier with my new treadmill.

Mel Wilson

Absolutely cannot fault this company, obliging, efficient, first class products in excellent condition at fantastic prices, knowledgeable and helpful staff, customer service second to none. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, make them your first choice.

Trudy Cee

Excellent customer service. I went to view two treadmills with the outcome of purchasing one. Matt and I discussed my requirements, he then went through the properties of each treadmill thoroughly and he then recommended which one to purchase based on my needs. Delivery was expeditious and installation was provided. Matt ensured my treadmill was set up and ready before he left. Would highly recommend.

Gary Rooksby

Great sales advice and genuinely helpful service. After sales service is also excellent. Truly interested in happy customers. I wouldn't buy gym equipment from anywhere else now. These guys have my full confidence!
