The MAS FITNESS Bike Erg is the latest addition to our family of sport-based ergometers. The Bike Erg has the same flywheel and Performance Monitor as our MAS FITNESS rowing machines.

The flywheel uses air resistance to create a smooth, quiet ride that responds to your efforts. Just like our rowing machine, the flywheel continues to spin when you stop cycling.

The Performance Monitor gives you instantaneous workout feedback, with a wide variety of displays to track your progress.

MAS Fitness Indoor Spin Bike Collection

Our MAS FITNESS Indoor Spin bike is built to last. Its welded , steel frame is protected by its powder coated finish to prevent rust.

The Poly-V Belt Drivetrain transfers torque smoothly, while the 1:3 Drivetrain Gear Ratio offers a front-based, 18kg aluminium flywheel.

You’ll also find a unisex padded sport saddle which enables vertical and horizontal adjustments. All adjustments can be made via the dials and levers. To ensure protection of your bike during each workout, the MAS Spin Bike comprises a sweat guard. Meanwhile for safety, there is a push emergency stop situated in front of the saddle.

The MAS Spin Bike is complete with four levelling feet and two transport wheels to assist with positioning and transportation.

A fantastic alternative to the much bigger and bulkier cable cross over machine. Fits nicely into any corner of a gym and allows for a wide range of exercises to be performed.

The Dual Adjustable Pulley (DAP) is one of the most versatile pieces of kit you will find. It is a great space saving alternative to the much larger cable cross over with all the same benefits.

It offers the user a huge array of exercise options for all muscle groups. Simply clip on various attachments for single or double arm exercises or use the ankle straps to help hit the various leg muscles. There is also a bar included which allows you to use both cables at the same time for squats, curls and pressing exercises.

The DAP also includes various pull up bar handles to ensure an all over back workout – the straight bar can be used with this exercise to act as an assisted pull up machine.

7ft 1inch (2160mm) to the top of the handles – compact for a DAP.
