Ordered an Proform HIIT machine at a very good price. Unfortunately there was an issue with the first machine I received and on the second day of using it, it stopped working - I think a belt slipped off. However, these things happen, and that's when you find out which the good companies are. They shipped out a replacement within a week and picked up the old one, and the second is still going strong a few months later. I would highly recommend them.

Recently purchased a customer returned Nordic Track S22i exercise bike. First class service, bike delivered within a few days & Martin went way beyond the call of duty in sourcing & forwarding on the pair of dumbbells which, they don’t usually supply with the customer return bikes but, in error, a note detailing they were not included had been missed on the product description. Bike is in excellent condition, very pleased with it & would highly recommend Fitness Marketplace.

GREAT SERVICE.

We bought a Proform rower via the Fitness Marketplace eBay shop, having bought from them previously.
The rower arrived with a planned pallet delivery and the haulier worked around my schedule – which really helped.
After 3 weeks of using the rower, we experienced a sudden failure of a vital part of the rower, rendering it unusable. I called Fitness Marketplace, to see if they could supply the broken part, and I offered to repair in my own time.
Instead, they went far above my expectations and arranged for a replacement rower to be immediately shipped, and the old rower collected at the same time - again, the haulier worked around our timing and really helpful.
I have to say that the process was very simple, and although it takes a few days for everything to me arranged, we didn’t need to make any effort and didn’t have to go out of our way.
Often it is easy for companies to sell online at cheaper prices, but often neglect the after service – not Fitness Marketplace.

Great service. I will keep watching for online bargains, as I add to my home gym.

Fitness Marketplace is an excellent company, and Adam’s customer service was just simply excellent. I bought a Nordictrack Commerical spin bike for them several years ago and recently had a software issue that i couldn't resolve. I purchased a Nordictrack 1750 via the Fitness Marketplace website - but was almost instantly contacted by Adam who apologised and said the machine had actually been sold just moments beforehand . Of course having just paid myself I was a bit concerned as you never know online if everything's legit or some kind of scam ? , but Adam immediately reassured me and offered to fully refund, or get me the same model if I would like to wait . I trusted Adam and choose to wait, and true to his word he sourced me the exact same model for the exact same price I had paid in a very short time and then had it delivered to me . Over the moon with the purchase - its a top notch machine at the best price I've seen anywhere for one.
The most valuable thing I think I can say about my experience is that Adam's customer service was above and beyond - its such a rare thing nowadays to deal with someone who is honest, communicative and efficient ...All I would say is I will certainly remain a future customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fitness Marketplace , you wont be disappointed ! .. Ordered the Proform power 995i, and couldn't be happier with the product and service. The treadmill is of high quality and so far, after a couple of months of use, has had no issues. They were able to deliver on a day and time that suited me, and gave a discount for a small blemish on the treadmill that isn't even noticeable. Will definitely be using them again when looking for another addition to my home gym.

Hi Everyone
I was looking around for some new nordictrack equipment ( treadmill, studio cycle and some wilder dumbbells) did my research and spoke with various suppliers when I came upon FITNESS MARKETPLACE LTD.
I spoke with Adam he advised me and gave me a detailed run through on what equipment to get, and advised me with my needs to go for a model down from what I was going for, which met my needs correctly. ( a refreshing change from some firms trying to up sale )
Nothing was to much trouble for Adam and his team.
The experience felt like I was dealing with a mate. My kit was delivered when he said it would be there.
I received my treadmill and studio bike they where outstanding, so made up, he even threw in some extras.
I will not use any other supplier.

Nordic track elite 800. Extremely pleased with both product and service.
From the moment I purchased our running machine (which was really well priced )they made every effort at a first class service. Phil the delivery driver and engineer set the treadmill up and wouldn’t leave until he had it smoothly running and set up properly. He even took our broken machine away which was a great help. As a very happy customer I couldn’t recommend enough!

Accidentally stumbled across this equipment store in Nottingham whilst searching for a treadmill. We spoke to Matt K who was very friendly and helpful. We ended up ordering the Pro Form 2000 refurbished treadmill from FMP after Matt helped us choose the best model for us. It’s served us very well for the last 4 months and hoping it will continue to in the future. It’s helpful to know that FMP could repair if anything were to go wrong. Delivery was good, was a 1 man service so I did help carry the treadmill across our gravel drive and into the garden room as it was a struggle to wheel it.

Neil provided me with fantastic service to quickly troubleshoot and resolve my issues with my NordickTrack S22i bike. My bike was out of warranty and had no incline or resistance, i had an extremely poor service from another supplier which resulted in me not being able to use the bike for a number of months, as well as being financially out of pocket. Neil was able to quickly pinpoint the exact cause of the issue (new control board) and had this sent to my house the very next day, once this was fitted it resolved the issue. A very trustworthy and reliable company.

Not being local or knowing anyone who has used this company, after finding many positive reviews here on google reviews, we bought a 2nd hand Nordictrack commercial 2950 treadmill. Communication was excellent. We had calls before it was delivered and also en route. It was tested out together but there was a fault, so it was returned to the store, fixed and redelivered, again with great communication, tested out again with a walkthrough of how it works etc. We had a great experience with this company.

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. Adam was brilliant, steering us in the right direction for a treadmill and explaining the delivery method fully. This is an update to my review shown below as I felt I should come back and sing the praises of the IFIT software purchased with the cross trainer. (again thanks to Adam) You might think your favourite netflix in front of you is sufficient but let me tell you the sheer variety of workouts and trainers means you will never get bored and you will work to the level that is good for you - no easy option but simply superb. You will use your equipment so much more if you can choose a trainer and 'route' from across the world to accompany you on your exercise dont even think about not buying it - I cannot believe what a difference it makes

I was in contact with Adam at Fitness Marketplace regarding the purchase of a pool table for our new family home.

He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to point me in the right direction in terms of what would be the best fit for the space I had available.

He was happy to take my call at an evening to discuss viewing the table and was even able to accommodate me and my family commuting down on a Sunday afternoon to pick it up.

Our pool table is in immaculate condition and we are all over the moon and haven't stopped playing on it. Plus, Adam kindly and without prompt included a table tennis board and the relevant equipment. This could be laid on and connected to the pool table in order for us to also play table tennis, which was a lovely and unexpected bonus!

I intend to convert a downstairs room into a gym and as soon as this is done, I will be straight back in touch with Adam to discuss purchasing gym equipment from him.

My wife and I just set up a home gym and Adam at the Fitness marketplace and his team were absolutely amazing. They gave us great advice when we went to see him at his warehouse, gave us a great deal on the package we bought and then delivered it into a tricky upstairs location via a spiral staircase, so there's very little I could say that would articulate how great a shopping experience this was. Adam even offered to trade the equipment with us if we decide to change or upgrade at any point in the future - what a supplier!!!
