the NordicTrack RW850 Foldable Rowing Machine helps you train both upper and lower body simultaneously, it’s made to work on all the major muscle groups and provide a combination of strength training and cardio workout, This sturdy machine offers smooth action thanks to its inertia enhanced flywheel and lets you find the right intensity for each session with 26 digital levels of Silent Magnetic Resistance and 10 levels of adjustable air resistance. The air resistance ensures a natural rowing feel, whereas the magnetic one allows the RW850 to deliver a higher level of resistance than that available on air-only rowers. Track your progress on an easy-to-read 5” backlit iFit® display and maximize results with heart rate training measuring your pulse with a Bluetooth Smart wireless receiver and an optional chest belt (Chest belt NOT included). Featuring a selection of 31 programmes, the machine enables you to stay challenged and entertained with iFit Coach BLE functionality (Subscription NOT included) give you access to an immense fitness library with daily, personalised workouts led by the world’s best trainers. To make your workouts fun and enjoyable, there is an integrated tablet holder (sold separately), an audio port for iPod® or mp3 player and a built-in sound system with two stereo speakers. Once you’re done, effortlessly fold the machine away for space-efficient storage using SpaceSaver™ folding system.
