The NordicTrack SE3i elliptical cross trainer allows for achieving an effective, low-impact cardiovascular workout and lets you tone your legs and arms simultaneously while training your heart. To help users of different heights easily find the most natural stride, there is a 16″ (41cm) stride length, whilst an adjustable stride path means you can use an adjustment knob located on the workout arms to vary the motion of the pedals and target different leg muscles. For changing levels of difficulty, the elliptical offers 22 levels of computer-controlled Silent Magnetic Resistance ensuring a quieter workout. A 14kg (30.8lbs) inertia enhanced flywheel guarantees smooth action, whereas a 5” backlit iFit® display enables you to keep track of your achievements. With 33 motivating programmes, the machine has a huge workout selection and thanks to compatible iFit Coach BLE technology (Subscription NOT included), it gives you access to the best personal training in the comfort of your home. Exercise in a correct heart rate zone measuring your pulse with hand pulse sensors or a Bluetooth® Smart wireless receiver with an optional chest belt(chest belt NOT included), and maximise results enjoying your favourite shows and music thanks to an integrated tablet holder that secures your device above the console.
