NordicTrack T14.0 Folding Treadmill is built with a 3.0 CHP drive system and a 5cm precision machined and balanced non-flex roller, it is an impressive cardio machine. Complete with digital quick incline control ranging from 0-12% and digital quick speed control from 0-22 KPH, this Treadmill offers plenty of workout versatility, suiting anything from a slow walk to high powered hill sprints. This machine is also designed with a walking belt of 51 x 152cm, making it ideal for a variety of users, along with FlexSelect Cushioning allowing you to switch between cushioned impact reduction for a firmer surface to replicate a road. With 32 pre-set workout apps you are spoilt for choice with every training session, allowing you to challenge yourself more and more each time you hop on the T14.0. Get accurate pulse readings on the go with the EKG grip pulse feature and monitor all workout data via the smart and sleek 7″ full colour capacitive touch display. The large 7” full-color touchscreen delivers plenty of interaction and entertainment to sidestep workout monotony and also integrates iFit technology.
As if that wasn’t enough, the T14.0 is iFit® Bluetooth Smart (BLE) enabled, allowing you to gain access to a new workout every day, automatically track your progress, replicate real-life runs with Google Maps™, compete with your friends, and custom-tailor your training to your specific goals (subscription NOT included). Additionally, this machine features iPod compatible audio along with 2 – 3″ speakers – you can also plug any audio source into the console sound system and stay motivated with your favourite music. So why not ditch your ear buds for incredible sound from these speakers.
Its space saver design and easy lift assist feature makes this machine ideal for the home environment, enabling convenient repositioning and transportation when not in use. Other integrated features include an integrated tablet holder and dual Autobreeze workout fans to improve your cardio endurance. What’s more you can stay in your target heart rate zone with the CardioGrip™ heart rate monitor. Sensors are built into both handlebars for a quick, accurate reading that displays on the console.
