The machine offers a fluid cycling motion with a 9kg (19.8lbs) effective inertia flywheel, plus with 25 levels of digital Silent Magnetic Resistance you can easily adjust the difficulty of workout to suit your fitness level. With 32 pre-set programmes, there are plenty of trainings to choose from, thus keeping yourself motivated for further progress. Additionally, with iFit® Coach BLE technology (Subscription NOT included) you gain access to ever-growing fitness library and revolutionary trainings taking place on real-life routes thanks to Google Maps™. The VR21 provides comprehensive training data with a user-friendly 5″ backlit LCD display, therefore you can be sure what kind of progress are you making with your health and athleticism.
