SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

STANDARD TIME SCALES:

Your purchased goods will be either delivered by pallets or in box. Please allow 7-10 working days. Please note deliveries will be kerbside only. Some of the used and new return products might be delivered by our experienced drivers in our own van, within 7-10 days. 

ONE MAN DELIVERY:

Expected delivery is 7-10 business days. All deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 7am and 6pm. These are kerbside only. We advise having two bodies available to help the courier with larger or heavy deliveries. Please note, due to rising courier charges there is likely to be a surcharge on items delivered outside England. Surcharge of £75 will be applied on ALL ORDERS with delivery addresses in Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall. PARCEL DELIVERY:

All parcels will require a signature.

INSTALLATIONS:

Installations are generally always a two-man service and are booked with you in advance. Installations are normally within 7-10 days.

COMMERCIAL/BUSINESS DELIVERY:

For commercial gyms/Studios please call the sales team to discuss delivery and installation options.

Delivery times can increase during busy periods of the year. Please call to confirm current lead times if you require a quicker or dated delivery.
