NordicTrack Commercial C7.5 Elliptical Cross Trainer is a sleek and sturdy, joint-friendly piece of equipment made for exercising both your upper and lower body. The C7.5 works smoothly and quietly thanks to its 9kg (19.8lbs) effective inertia flywheel and to let you add variety to each training session, there are 22 digital levels of SMR Silent™ Magnetic Resistance. To maintain muscular balance, recruit more muscles and enjoy cardio and weight-bearing workouts with zero impact on your joints, adjust the stride length from 44cm (17.3”) – 48cm (19”) and incline up to 20° using QuickTouch™ controls on the console. Fitted with a clear, 5” high contrast multi-colour display, the machine provides continuous feedback on all the key workout statistics and has a great selection of 27 workouts designed to keep you challenged and entertained. The cross trainer is compatible with iFit® Coach BLE technology (Subscriptions NOT included) to give you access to over 12.000 on-demand workouts created by world-class trainers to motivate and support you in achieving your goals. Plus, the machine enables you to surf the net or tune into a favourite show or movie during workouts thanks to an integrated tablet holder (available here).
