Powered by the innovative SMR Silent Magnetic Resistance, you can enjoy smooth, friction-free resistance with every stride. The oversized, cushioned pedals ensure you have a comfortable platform. You can also set the angle of the pedals to minimise heel-lift in your stride, reducing injury and helping you maximise your training. For added comfort, a CoolAire™ oversized fan is built right into the console and is easily adjustable. The 5” backlit screen with RaceTrack™-style display allows you to easily monitor your total calories burned and your workout progress. Plus, with accurate CardioGrip heart rate sensors built right into the handlebars, you can also ensure you stay in the right target zone. The elliptical is also Polar® wireless chest strap compatible (sold separately). Choose from 30 motivational built-in workouts covering intensity, performance and calorie, to hit your fitness goals in the comfort of your own home. In addition to the above, the E11.5 Elliptical Cross Trainer also features iPod/mp3 compatibility, Intermix Acoustics 2.0 sound system and folds for storage.
