Model NTEL99421-INT offers a way to enjoy cardio sessions, whether you are starting a new routine or adding variety to your training.
Smooth movement, adjustable challenge
An 8kg effective inertia enhanced flywheel supports a smooth pedal action. With 22 digital levels of SMR Silent Magnetic Resistance, you can tailor the effort to suit your session. Choose a lighter setting for a gentle warm up or increase resistance when you want a more demanding workout. OneTouch controls make changes straightforward as you exercise.
Comfort for your whole workout
The 46cm stride length and oversized cushioned pedals provide room to settle into a rhythm. Moving upper body arms with SoftTouch grips let you involve your arms alongside your legs, supporting coordinated movement throughout your session. The elliptical action keeps your feet supported on the pedals, offering a low impact alternative to running.
Interactive training on screen
A 10 inch colour touchscreen puts workout information within easy view. Use manual mode to choose your own resistance or explore iFIT workouts with a separate subscription and Wi-Fi connection. Trainer led sessions and scenic routes offer ways to approach indoor exercise, while compatible workouts automatically adjust resistance to follow the session. This gives you the choice between independent training and guided workouts from the same console.
Useful everyday extras
The AutoBreeze workout fan helps you stay comfortable as your effort increases. Bluetooth audio capabilities and dual speakers let you add sound to your sessions, while the water bottle holder keeps a drink nearby. These practical touches help make regular home training more enjoyable, from shorter sessions before work to longer weekend workouts.
SpaceSaver storage
After exercising, fold the machine using its vertical SpaceSaver design to reduce the floor space needed for storage. Rear mounted transport wheels assist with repositioning when required. Combining comfort features with flexible resistance and connected training options, the NordicTrack SE7i makes a versatile addition to a home gym or shared exercise area, helping you maintain a consistent routine around your schedule.
