With an iFIT Train (Subscription NOT included) account, you can get more out of the ProForm Sport Elliptical Cross Trainer. Sign in to your iFIT account on your own tablet or smart phone (tablet/smart phone is not included) and connect it to the Sport Elliptical Cross Trainer to tee up the next workout in your personalised plan. As you work out iFIT tracks your performance and automatically changes the 20 resistance levels to the setting you need. With iFIT, you get access to over 10,000 workouts, smart features, and coaching by expert iFIT Trainers in engaging global locations. The Trainers are there to help you with form, keep you motivated to finish strong, and offer insights about global locations to you stay engaged in both short and long sessions.
